My name is Alina Hensel and I am a Postpartum Doula serving new families in the Seattle and North King and South Snohomish County areas. I also work on the Eastside of Lake Washington.
Bringing a new baby home can be a wonderful experience, but it can also be very stressful at the same time. A Postpartum Doula is someone specially trained to support families during this time of transition. I provide experienced, pratical, in-home help with baby care and household chores, as well as non-judgmental emotional support to new mother (and fathers too!).
